Chef Peng Jones, a Malaysian-born Cantonese, is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (I.A.C.P.) and a Certified Culinary Professional (C.C.P.). Her love of cooking makes all of her dishes delicious, but she specializes in Asian foods including Chinese, Malaysian, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indian.
With a rich family history in the food and cooking industries, Peng stays in touch with the many exciting trends and developments in foods from around the world. Her culinary training and education has made her a resource in many areas of food and cooking, and she holds certificates in Food/Vegetable Carving and Garnishing, and Thai cuisine. Peng has been featured in several articles and a television cooking show, and she is working on her first cookbook.
Colorado Springs Catering began as Crackers Catering in the 70s, as part of a Colorado Springs restaurant also called Crackers, located just west of the Bijou Street bridge.
